| As far as I remember, there is no limit on sour cream. However, it does have carbohydrates. You should use something like Fitday to track your food. The link is FitDay - Free Weight Loss and Diet Journal It gives nutritional values for almost any food you can imagine. It also tells you the percentages of fat/carbs/protein you have eaten every day, which I believe is essential for induction (aim for 65% fat, 5% carbs, 30% protein). There is no limit on butter and olive oil. The cream is limited to 2-3 tbsp per day.
