| Hi, Nice to hear that, good luck for me the first 3 days were the hardest, first day was normal, second and third was hunger time and bad smell in mouth, fourth day i lost my appetite !!!! and if I dont recall to eat by schedule, i dont eat Go for it Babak |

| Who said you had to have eggs for breakfast? You can do bacon, ham, sausages, cooked bacon with melted cheese on top, left overs from dinner, or maybe salmon cakes with low carb ketchup on them. Your choices are only limited by your imagination. Good luck!

| I often make a big crustless quiche at the weekend with eggs, cream, cheese, cooked meat and vegetables so I can have a slice of it as a quick breakfast or grab'n'go snack to take with me during the week.
