| Firstly, welcome to our ADBB family I guess from your screen name that you are another Brit - good to have you aboard ![]() I think going back on induciton for a long time would not be a good idea - better to just do induction till you are back in ketosis then start climbing the OWL ladder so that when you do reach your goal weight you will have an idea of how many carbs you can to eat and still maintain your weight as well as finding out if any foods affect your blood sugar and will need to be avoided or restricted in the future.

| Peas are not induction legal. Too starchy. Is soda water sweetened. If so I would avoid it. Plain water is best. You should think about starting OWL You want this weight to stay off, right? Good luck.
