| Babak, you've been struggling to try to do induction correctly this whole time - you're still adjusting and learning how to do it, so I'd be patient, my friend. Are you taking measurements of your body (waist, thighs, hips, upper arms, chest...)? You might be losing inches and not realize it. How do your clothes feel? I know weighing and measuring and tracking what you eat sucks - I hate it, too, I really, really do. However, weighing, measuring and tracking helps you learn how to estimate qty of food later on, and guesstimate carbs. If you are serious about losing weight, and keeping it off, you have to knuckle down and keep a food diary (online or in a paper book) and weigh and measure what you eat for now, so you won't in the future. Part of this process is relearning how to eat, and breaking old habits. Think of it as a discipline exercise you can apply to other parts of your life (I know I am... as I said, I really hate paying any attention at all to what I eat!). Go to Fitday (or another similar site), and enter in what's in your picture on there, and it'll tell you how many carbs it is (admittedly, it's not perfect but it's good enough).

| Ok....have a seat..lets figure this out I saw the picture of your meal. I could only pull up one picture and it definetly left some questions. Can you list the foods you are eating? I want you to remember this is a high fat diet.....You need to have 65% fat 30% protein and 5 % carbs. I dont think you are eating enough fats |

| You are welcome, my friend - this is a big change, and sometimes it takes a few tries to get it on track. Believe me - NOBODY hates tracking what they eat more than me. Ugh! Speaking of which... gotta go enter my lunch and snack into Fitday now. I also think the advice about fats is correct - I know it's weird and against everything we're programmed to think, but natural fats are necessary for you to really lose weight.

| I am glad you have started using fitday, as it is a very useful tool once you get the hang of it. I used to plan all my meals in advance using fitday, so I could adjust quantities before eating it.
