| How haven't you been doing the diet properly? You might not lose weight everyday. You might not lose weight every week. We've had some folks here who lost absolutely no weight during the first 14 days of this Diet, in spite of doing everything properly, and were still successful. So in what ways weren't you doing the first 9 days properly?

| i didnt eat enough fats which meant i was living on a very strict diet for the last 9 days and then ended up binging on junk which isnt allowed on the plan. I just feel like i should start the diet again to get my head around it. They say the first 14 days are the most important so if i cant get it right at the start this diet wont work!

| It's a big adjustment and takes time to learn - especially the fat part. It's so hard to overcome all the teaching about "FAT=BAD" we get, huh?

| I am the same way, when I mess up big-time I have to start from scratch! I am with you on this round, I had a bad week last week and I am going to inductionize again to get a good kick-start! Good luck, stay strict!

| The last time I did this WOE I lost a total of 2 pounds during Induction. However I kept going and went to the next rung and within the next two weeks lost another 10 pounds. Do not weigh yourself too much if you can help it, it can drive you nuts and discourage you. |
