| Each artichoke is 14g total carbs, 7g net carbs. They add up quick.

| Hi Babak I love fitday too! I even bought the PC version. It is a very good idea to input each meal before you eat it as you will often alter what you eat as a result. Good luck Zara x |

| I am another advocate of using fitday to work out in advance what foods to eat - it makes it easy to 'tweak' menus in advance!
