| Yes, you can have mayo, mustard, ranch, and ketchup if it is sugar free, I found a heinz brand that only has 1 carb per serving and it is made with splenda. Watch for BBQ sauce and other marinades though, some have tons of sugar in them even when they seem like products that wouldn't contain sugar.

| I went to the supermarket the other day (im in uk) and they had the reduced salt and sugar heinz ketchup but when i read the label it was pretty much the same as normal Anyone living in England able to help me with a specific store and brand which i can buy please?

| I use tomato puree instead of ketchup on burgers with melted cheese - yum!
