| Yeah I am amazed that I don't feel more hungry. Today I got a bit more experiemental and made cauliflower cheese following a recipe in a Atkins book I have. Funnily enough with the ingredents it ends up more like a cauliflower omelette! It even had bacon in it too, bacon and eggs! I can't get away from them now. Still I am not complaining it was quite tasty. I could only have a small portion of about 7g carbs worth as with the onion and garlic it all started to add up. Normally I would have eaten twice that much and still felt hungry. What a difference having a low carb diet makes!!! |
