| No you do not have to hit 20. But you should have most of carbs (2/3) come from healthy vegetable sources. So don't have your carbs being made up of only eggs, cheese, and artificial sweeteners.

| I'm with you. I normally try to keep my carb count at under 10 going into dinner. So I can crack into some vegetables! I loooooove me some veggies. |
