| Yes i did but it still had a quite high carb and sugar count. Im confused!

| I buy waitrose own brand which has 1.8 grams per 100 grams - about half the carbs of philly. Make sure you look at the fullfat varieties, not the low fat ones as they definitely have more carbs. You might find some own brands in your usual supermarkets which are cream cheese but might be called creamy cheese or soft cheese which would be similarly low in carbs to the one I buy. The 'sugar' listed in the nutrition panel should be natural sugars, just make sure sugar is not also listed in the ingredients list.
