| Don't beat yourself up! Just move along, you'll be fine. I understand it takes a couple-three days. Don't worry, you can recover, no problem, and I doubt you'll pile on any weight if you stay on plan during this time. |

She has been on Adkins for awhile and has done quite well, so I just assumed it was safe since she said she use to eat it all the time on Adkins. | did you say thick? hmmm... sounds like some thickening agent used, like corn starch or flour... just a guess... But that little bit-o-carb won't slow you down much. I bet you are purple on the stix again today, if not then tomorrow. no biggie!!!! Just relax!
