| Allergic? How so? I have heard of seafood allergies, but not beef. As much as I would like to tell you to forge ahead I think you might find the challenges too great traveling to Tazmania where the food I am sure will be quite different from here ( I am assuming you live in the U.S.). Traveling on this WOE in the USA is challenging enough. It is much easier to deal with once you have progressed through quite a few rungs so more options are open for you. Why not hold off until you get back? That way you will not set yourself up for a real possible failure that can set you back mentally as well. Go enjoy yourself on this fantastic vacation then get serious when you get home. |

| How soon is your trip? If a few weeks or even months away you will have time to start climbing the OWL ladder so your food options will be greater. I imagine most countries in the world will have eggs, meat, cheese and vegetables available (especially for tourists even if the locals dont eat them), so even induction would be do-able but if you had reached the berries or legumes rung you would have more choice.

| You could do some research on what their cuisine is like there. Then you could plan on the things you would like to eat and what things may be more readily available. Good luck!! |
