| You might find you do add some pounds when you start induction and eat 'real' foods again after the packaged stuff, so it would be better not to weigh yourself during your first 14 days to avoid being upset if it does happen. Make sure you take measurements as well to see if you lose inches instead of pounds to keep you reassured.

| I wouldn't worry about initial weight gain if you get any, which you may not. You will be so happy you made the switch. Your tummy will be full with yummy foods, you will have tons of energy and your health will improve. And on top of all of that you will lose weight! If not the first week, but soon after. |
