Here I go again!

Hi everyone, just wanted to say hi and that I started my induction today! I am excited, and I will not fail this time! I introduced myself in the spotlight already, bet my stats are down below. I have a long way to go...but I just have to keep reminding myself that one plate of pasta...one peice of bread..whatever...is NOT WORTH FEELING GROSS NEXT YEAR. Like the past couple years. So that being said...I am going to go make myself a big roasted chicken now....!!

Good for you, Amber!! I have to get my head right too. I'll be starting induction in the next few days when I get the book read. As Dr. Adkins says - just one bite of something not allowed and it's the "kiss of death" . I sometimes tell myself "Well, this one little bit won't hurt!" So...this time I'm going to do it right. I lost 50 lbs on this plan before. I KNOW it works. I'm still working on giving up my glass of wine in the evening. Once I've got my brain around it - I'll be there!!
