| the first time i went to the library and this time i downloaded the ebook lol soory im no big help but theres nothing on amazon? maybe youll need to buy a brand spanking new copy of it then

| oh and i eat pork rinds sometimes but i count them as one carb even if it says zero make sure to weigh them before hand of course for proper portion control

| You can still have pork rinds. They are really great as breading (for chicken for instance) I like them as nachos. Just don't eat too much because they are so salty and you will retain water. And watch that you buy the ones without flavours because the ones with flavours have carbs in them.
