| We can expect to lose 5-10% of the weight we need to lose during the 14 Dy Induction. You have a 30 pound weight loss goal according to your siggy. So that means you lost 10%, which means you are TOTALLY on target! So don't be sad, you're doing GREAT!

| I agree with Kim, measure yourself! When I'm not losing pounds I'm almost always still losing inches. Especially if I'm exercising! Way to go for your loss so far! And Elizellen, that picture is SO GROSS! Talk about motivation! Ick! |
