| Huh, I would have thought it would throw you out as well! Maybe your cheat didn't have as many carbs as you might think and you were still under the amount it would take to throw you off. Like if you just had a couple of bites or something. I wouldn't try it again, though! |

| well i have been really sick lately and havent been eating much but still on the diet, and so last night i had one of those new hot sandwich's from dominoes chicken parmasean but i wont do it again, im feeling alot better today and im right back on plan. |

| As Amy suggested, it might be that you still ate below your CCLL and thus remained in ketosis. Good for you for not allowing yourself too much leeway and getting back on plan now.
