| Hi, Sarah! I definitely have more energy on Atkins. Also more time to do other things as I am not constantly thinking about food (which is what happens when I go low fat). Welcome back!

| The energy high is the best. I cannot believe how much I am getting done. I am like the energizer bunny. The other thing I love is how deeply I sleep now. I haven't slept this well since, well since the last time I was on Atkins! Why do we ever give it up? |

| That is true... right before I returned to Atkins induction (6 days ago) I was telling a friend how tired I was feeling (I behaved as a pig last month, really a pig...) and now for a couple of days I feel so much better ! |
