| You eat when you're hungry. That's all. You'll notice as time goes on that you'll eat all the time until you hardly remember that you missed lunch. It happens. Ham has carbs if it's cured. You'll have to read the lable on that one or check the website of the manufacturer on that one. Best wishes!

| You should really eat regularly. Eating meals is key to be successful on Atkins. It keeps us healthy and the bloodsugar level. When you starve yourself over a long period of the day then binge eat everything is just high wire and you pack on pounds that way. So start getting in the habit of having regular meals. Eat breakfast for sure. Then do not let it go more than six hours between meals. If this is difficult at first just eat small meals every two hours or so. Whole foods are better choices and cured and prepared. Try to avoid anything that has added sugar in it. (Ham very often have added sugar in it)

| THankyou so much for your great advice.. i appreciate it. as a matter of fact im making myself breakfast right now... 2 eggs and 2 slices of bacon with mayonaisse..with water!... Tthat is fine right?
