| When you say "doing differently", we can't really answer the question, unless you detail first what you are doing. Just saying you were on Atkins doesn't tell us anything. How are you eating now? For how long and at what phase of the diet were you before you stopped, what happened in - between, how much had you lost, gained back, etc.... Many factors may affect your weight loss, and the multi is unlikey to be the culprit... Also, what makes you think you are out of ketosis? You can not always count on those sticks, you know...

| If you are talking about this product, Cenovis Women's Multi Once Daily Capsules 31 - ePharmacy, then all its ingredients are safe. You said you're taking the supplement daily, but only noticed today that you are out of ketosis... and the only thing you did today was take the vitamins. Did you eat today? Or did you mess something else up this week? Or are you just testing for ketosis every now and then? In any case, I am not convinced you were thrown out of ketosis.
