| What about a crustless quiche? It uses eggs, but the eggs are in a different preparation so it isn't like scrambled eggs. Otherwise, I don't eat eggs for breakfast---I eat leftovers like minced roast pork or roast chicken mixed with a little mayonnaise and cheese, then zapped in the microwave until it's hot and bubbly.

| Ohhhh, I remember a great one, Cleochatra's Best Ever Revol-oopsie Rolls Low Carb Examiner: Want supple low-carb buns? Oopsie rolls are induction friendly and gluten-free They were the talk of the town last year and we made pancakes and waffles and garlic bread and on and on. |

| Thanks! My husband has been taking most of the leftovers for lunch the next day but it is a good idea that I could do something with what is left at home instead of re-heating that for lunch. |
