Default Any breakfast ideas besides eggs?

I know that it has not really been a week since I have started but I'm tired of eggs for breakfast. I have done the flax seed pancakes but want to reserve them for days when my husband and I are both home. I'm a nurse and am going to be starting a new job next week, so I need something quick and easy but not scrambled eggs. Any good ideas or recipes? I need help!!!

What about a crustless quiche? It uses eggs, but the eggs are in a different preparation so it isn't like scrambled eggs.

Otherwise, I don't eat eggs for breakfast---I eat leftovers like minced roast pork or roast chicken mixed with a little mayonnaise and cheese, then zapped in the microwave until it's hot and bubbly.

Ohhhh, I remember a great one, Cleochatra's Best Ever Revol-oopsie Rolls
Low Carb Examiner: Want supple low-carb buns? Oopsie rolls are induction friendly and gluten-free
They were the talk of the town last year and we made pancakes and waffles and garlic bread and on and on.

Thanks! My husband has been taking most of the leftovers for lunch the next day but it is a good idea that I could do something with what is left at home instead of re-heating that for lunch.
