| Yum to both! Shredded pork chops and sauerkraut w/a side salad. I baked my porkchops until they fell apart and then mixed it with sauerkraut...yummy! Pork fat rules!

| I had hot and sour soup made with xanthum gum as a thickener and thai cabbage salad (from Linda's low carb recipes). both were yummy. Rae

| I don't know what I am having yet. Right now I am boiling eggs and I just made cheeze squares for snacks. For lunch I will be having Tuna Salad again with celery, pickles and diced cheese rolled in butter lettuce leaves. Your meals all sound so yummy. |
