| One idea: I absolutely hate cooking and do not have time usually. When that happens, I will take a sliver of green onion, teaspoon of cream cheese and hard salami and make some rollups. I make a few of those and throw them in a glad bag. |

| I was going to suggest turkey-and-cheese rollups as well. If possible, it would be good to make a crustless quiche (or similar breakfast casserole) ahead of time, so all you have to do is grab a slice and go. |

| Those are good ideas! I take celery sticks, string cheese and pepperoni usually, but I've never thought of the roll ups. I like the idea of the green onion too!

| Usually one day a week i have two crock pots going and eat whatever it is i cook for the week and add bagged veggies, salad and other quick stuff especially when i know it will be a hectic week!!! |

| For a quick snack take a sandwich slice of cheese, cut it in 16 squares and place on parchment paper in ONE big circle. Cook for 1 minute. Put them in a glad bag and you have cheese crackers for when you are on the go. Sounds like always!
