Anyone done this with an Atkin's shake?

I have to locate my little Donvier, but I was wondering if anyone ever put an Atkin's shake in an ice cream freezer? Sounds like it could be good.

As far as I know the Atkins shakes contain milk and soy, so strictly according to DANDR are not induction 'legal' but should be left till you reach the legumes rung/level of OWL.

However you could make your own 'legal' icecream using cream, eggs and an approved sweetener! Make sure to stick to the quantity limits though

I make homade ice cream using the recipe in the Atkins easy recipes book.

Those shake have so many nasty ingredients and they stall me out bad. All the sugar alcohols or something. I avoid them totally.

I avoid the shakes as well for the same reason as Chef Kevin! Nasty ingredients... And... while I have not actually made ice cream - it made me realize that it would be fun to try with natural ingredients when I am higher up on the rungs.
