| Yes its very common, you are detoxing from things like caffine, sugar etc and this will last a few days and then many people feel great with a surge of energy etc. Hang in there.

| You can take some advil or tylenol to help with the induction flue. Be sure to drink lots of water. Julie |

| i had really bad headaches for the past few days too... (i started on sunday) but today they seem to have subsided, some tylenol really helped me get through those headaches. congrats on your 2 pound loss!
