| I pre cook breakfast sausage so in the am I just heat it up. Also Quiche is really easy to make keep in the fridge and reheat a slice as needed. Amy |

| That is where I most of my dinner meals. Not having much luck finding quick meals for breakfast though. I never toticed the snack portion... I will search through that as well |

Breakfast ideas: I eat a lot of left overs from night before chicken salad, tuna salad scrambled eggs and bacon omelettes fried eggs with sausage Snack ideas: Cheese and natural deli meat (meat and cheese roll ups) cucumber slices, pepper slices, radishes, celery - dip in ranch, sour cream or cream cheese |

| I put 3 eggs to boil the minute I hit the kitchen every morning, its fast & simple, I have time to eat before I leave the house. If my fiance wants a nice breakfast (normally on weekends) I cook it and take some bacon with my eggs. If I have some ham, I do a ham cheese bell pepper scramble (Omelets never turn out for me, Im not fancy!). We also do Breakfast for Dinner some nights! 180/179/130 |
