| That's excellent. You're already lost 10% of what you want to lose AND you have another week of induction... Way to go! |

| BoxerLoverBaby-- Are you kidding me? You were a little disappointed with a FOUR POUND LOSS in just one week on induction? That is a spectacular loss! You should be jumping up and down, shouting from the rooftops, and giving yourself a huge hug. Now how about sending some of your Induction Magic my way?!

| Tumtum..Yeah I told myself I was only going to weigh in weekly so as not to have the day to day letdowns. I'll tell you the hardest thing was the other day when my sister wanted to make brownies at about 10pm and I could smell them baking and she made the chewy fudge kind and I just decided to fry up a few strips of bacon and I was good to go..but man I REALLY wanted those brownies!! I have a twin sister and she is about an inch shorter than me and prob only weighs 120, she's very athletic, I'm jealous!!! I want to be able to eat brownies at 11pm and not show any weight gain lol. But the more days that go by, the easier it is saying no to "bad" things. |

| good for you -- brownies have no power over you!!! My husband made popcorn last night and I tell you I would have loved to have had some, but I put thin slices of cheddar cheese in the microwave and made myself some "chips"....after they cooled they were crunchy which took the place of popcorn for me. Don't worry about your sister not showing her weight...someday she will. My brother was skinny (painfully so) growing up and I always hoped he'd find a weight problem someday....he has, and I feel for him now because I know how hard it is to fight this demon! You're doing wonderfully -- keep up the good work - and try something new every so often...like your celery and cream cheese - you need some variety to keep you on track. Carole
