| I usually divided the bag into about 3 or 4 portions and ate 1 portion for a snack. I don't think it will hurt, unless you are sodium sensitive as they are kinda salty!! |

| I (I am in Canada too) buy it at Canadian Superstore (Loblaws). It is important to read the label and make sure that you are buying the "pure" ones with only pork and salt. In some versions they add spices and carbs.
