| Salsa maybe? Or could you use a cheese sauce? Maybe low carb BBQ? I know I LOVE bbq sauce on pizza with jalapeno (I am a bit odd LOL) but it is good. I would say also Pineapple but I do not think that is allowed. good luck!! I was looking at my pizza sauces tonight and spag sauce and its all 13 carbs per serving (Yikes)

| I like the Walden Farms line of sauces. I like to use the Marinara Sauce for pizza. a 1/4 cup has zero carbs (uses Splenda). It is not excellent, but is good enough. I only use about a serving a week. You can pick it up at most health food stores or alternative grocercy store. Good luck and Happy New Year!

| Quick question here.. I am going to assume we count tomato sauces into our 1 c daily allowance of tomatoes... so is it say 1/4 c sauce is 1/4 cup tomatoes? because that seems odd to me since tomatoes are one of those things that cooks down and know it should be measured in its raw state right? Any insight here would be appreciated! |
