| Hiya Hon I must confess I'm a stick a holic.. lol.. I think i pee on one about 5 times a day.. as well as weigh myself every day. I know I know.. its terrible isn't it, but they are definately great encouragement if all is going how it should, especially when I see those colours after I drink loads and loads of water, then I know I must be burning at a nice rate. Glad to hear that you have your colours. Keep peeing.. hee hee xxx |

| I only use the sticks now when I am eating something new or questionable. 2 hours after I eat such a meal I use the stick. THis is where I am finding them the most useful. You would be surprised what could be holding you back. For me it was Broccoli! Good luck and Happy NEw Year!

| Any colour change shows you are in ketosis, so don't worry about the shade ![]() Some of us never see a change using them, so need to spot the other signs of ketosis.

| I haven't been using the sticks. I thought about it, but they were like $18 at the store I was at. I believe I am in ketosis and am suffering from dry mouth like crazy. I am drinking about 80 ounces of water/day. If I drink more water will that help the dry mouth? Also if this is a symptom I have does it last as long as I'm in ketosis or does it eventually fade? Thanks
