| Dr A says (pg 136) if you have sugar cravings during induction to take 500 mg of L-glutamine prior to each meal. Hope this helps. |

| Why fight it? Go pick up some sugar free jello and have that! You can even whip up a little heavy cream and top it. Just stay in your recommended amount! I actually have been blending my cream and jello together in my bullet blender, it makes the most decadent fluffy dessert. MMM! ![]()

| Actually you might find that you can kill your sugar monster if you keep your sweet treats to a minimum on your first 14 days. Try eating a highfat snack instead - devilled egg, ham/cheese rollups, celery/cream cheese etc or even a sour one like a dill pickle (check for no sugar added).
