Default chicken

ok i went on the induction recipe thread and saw someone posted a recipe for chicken. They said to fry the chicken using parmasan cheese. Now i'm on day 4 and i fried the chicken and packed it up to bring with me to work. But i haven't tried it yet. so can i have this or should i get something else for dinner tonight?

Sure it it legal as long as it is just chicken and Parmesan cheese. I love to cote my chicken with a mixture of pork rinds and Parmesan.

Default Re: chicken

It is complicated if you have to cook more than one main dish for you and the rest of the family
Many of us cook basically the same main dish for everyone and add a starchy 'side' or bread roll etc for them while we eat our salad or vegetable from the 'other' list with maybe butter or cheese melted on it

Default Re: chicken

I baked boneless/ skinless chicken breast night.. seasoned it with cajun seasoing (I from LA) and pour some chicken broth over it. I added some veggies in the pot for my daughter to eat, but I did not eat any of them. Being a single mom and full time worker I try to make my life a little bit easier.
