| Any pharmacy...they are called "ketostix" and if they aren't on the shelf, just ask the pharmacist. I'm not sure how expensive a package is, under $10. Oh...and welcome to the board!

| any pharmacy will have them, just ask at the counter for ketostix. store brands (walgreens, rite aid, cvs, etc) cost about $10 bayer cost about $13-15 no prescription needed

| Save your money. They don't work for everyone and all they tell you is that your spilling fat into your urine. It could be last nights olive oil dressing and not body fat. You will know when your in ketosis, but those great tell tale signs, Keto breath, thirst, energy, lack of appetite LOL |
