| Yes - I am another of the lucky people like you who did not feel 'yucky' when they started induction The loss of appetite is a good indication, so keep up the good work!

| yes i'm definitely losing... 6 pounds in 5 days! i just weighed myself this morning. well it's good to know that having induction flu is not necessary. i guess i'm just a lucky one? i heard that blood type determines what kind of food we are meant to eat. I'm an O and supposedly meats are what we are meant to eat... so i dunno but maybe it was easier for my body to switch from carbs to meats. Elizellen, are you by chance an O too? regardless, i'll take the weightloss as a sign! |

| I've started atkins probably 20 times in my life. I've never had the induction flu. However, this last week I started induction and I had 3 nights in a row where I woke up drenched in night sweats, don't know if the two were related. If they were, then I just experienced my first induction flu. |

| Well, I am at the end of my day 2. I think this is gonna be rough...lol. Just thinking about eating what I am "allowed" to eat makes me feel like vomiting. I feel like I have nonstop morning sickness. Does this feeling pass? If so, how long should I be expecting to feel this way? |
