| I wish. The world would be perfect if there was. The first thing to consider is why do you crave chocolate. Maybe your body is telling you you need certain minerals. I would try a magnesium supplement. Taking a bit of magnesium is great when you are low carbing. Cocoa powder is allowed on rung 3 - so there is relief just around the corner.

| Milk is not on the induction list - neither is chocolate as far as I understand it.

| Or try drinking a bottle of water to fill you up! And then you won't be hungry for chocolate...

| OK we're on the same page. But once you get to rung three you can have dark chocolate. The real thing.

| Somewhere on this board (and I don't have any idea where.. it was an older post)... it says that cocoa powder can be considered a spice. Mix a little cocoa powder, a packet of Splenda and an ounce of cream cheese. Let set in the fridge or freezer until firm and enjoy like a piece of fudge. Of course, don't do it often and be sure and count the carbs in the cocoa and Splenda. Enjoy! |

| I was thinking you could add the Walden Farms syrup or Coccoa powder with splenda to Heavy cream!
