| At a glance, what stands out to me is your mayo/cheese ... you'll have to look it up because I am not sure but I believe on induction you should only have max 2 oz of cheese. It may be 3 so double check me. Your mayo.. it's something I have to limit. It's Atkins friendly but for some reason I have to limit mine. Milk in your coffee is a no-no on induction. Your sausage, check your package for hidden carbs.. most packaged sausages have sugar in some form or another. And the water, which I'm sure will get some sort of response from others... 12 pints... that's a lot of water. I'm basing it on U.S. pints so if there is a huge difference please correct me. I am only speaking for myself here and I know there is going to be sOMEONE out there want to lynch me for this but I have found if I drink too much water I retain it. I am absolutely not saying to not drink water. I drink around 100 0z of water a day... and 12 U.S. pints is 192 (just for comparison). Everybody has their own theory on how much water they should drink. Some say half of your body weight in ounces, etc. I just know that for me if I drink too much I certainly will start to retain it. Soo.. try a few things I have mentioned even if it's one at a time so you can see which one may or may not be effecting you. Every body is different. Sometimes you just have to tweak because what works for one may not work for you. Hope this helps and Good luck! Keep us posted!

| Wow.. thanks Trisan.. I'm doing about 4oz in cheese which the book says is fine, but I'll cut that down to 2oz.. and also my mayo. I've only had milk twice as I ran out of cream (so defo gona knock that on the head). I'm not buying anymore sausages either as a member on here pointed out that my low carb sausages had 0.7g starch.. so I stopped eating those straight away. As for the water.. I will try cut down to 8pints to see if that helps.. and see what comes from that. hmmmmm... I know its got to be something I'm not seeing.. well back to the drawing board. Thanks a lot of your help.. these boards are fantastic for support and help xx |

| So How many days have it been? Are you saying since day one scale has not budged or is it not budging from one day to the other? You cannot expect a daily weightloss. It is unrealistic. And second or third time may be totally different from the first one. I think majo is good - unless it has too much sugar or starches in it. Are you perhaps expecting your TOM?

I know I'm being abit stuck on what the scales say, when I know I'm feeling better and lighter.. so i'm trying to think postive and go by how my clothes fit. I think I may be getting TOM as I stopped bfding two weeks ago, so I would expect that just could be it.. hmmmm.... Well, I think I just have to learn patience and keep going. I've defo given up the sausages, and maybe cut down on my salt. Tomorrow is a new day... lets see what it brings |
