| hi i guess i'm looking for a snack but a sweet one lol. i find cold jelly was really refreshing after the swim. i prefer one at home as i only live 2 doors away from the swimming pool x |

| Snacking on sweets was what got me into the obese category. Bad habits like that may have to end if we are going to find good health. If you are hungry after swimming perhaps something with protein?
