**PERSONAL CONTRACT** PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

Hi Folks,

The following contract outlines the deep personal commitment you are ready willing and able to make with yourself.

Please read it carefully, if you agree to the terms specified herein - copy and paste with your signature and date in response.

Consider printing out a copy and taping it someplace like your Fridge, after all, binding contracts need to be reviewed from time to time so we don't forget why we signed them to begin with.

AGREEMENT
In consideration of my determination to loss weight and enjoy a lifetime of improved health and vitality I the undersigned hereby agrees and acknowledge:

• 1. I have read the 2002 Version of "Dr. Atkins New Diet revolution". If do not have the book I will click the Amazon.com link here on this site and immediately purchase a copy. By doing this I am helping both myself and making it easier for other members to help me.
  
  2. I shall not during, or at any time from this day forth hate or feel shame about myself or body. I will work hard every day, every moment if necessary to realize I am a person of worth and value. I am on the road to recovery and nothing, I repeat nothing will send me back to a lifestyle that ruins my health, destroys my self esteem and keeps me addicted to deadly sugar and carbs
  
  3. I understand that Atkins is not a quick fix, Fad or temporary solution. I will not measure my success by Scale readings and tape Measures I will not compare my success to that of others. I am unique I am strong and I will succeed. Failure is not an option.
  
  4. I will Pay it Forward as best I can, I will help others in need and will avoid like the plague any negative posts, words, sayings or any and all communications on or offline that I find toxic to my sense of well being and determination to succeed.
  
  5. Should I slip, should I fall should I stumble I will get myself back up and start again. I will never be defeated. I too can rise like a Phoenix from the ashes of my mistakes, spread my wings and soar.
  
  6. I will do a clean "by the book Induction" I understand the critical importance of doing so. It is a gift I give to myself and my body. I understand Induction is difficult but I have been through much worse.
  I understand and acknowledge that any discomfort experienced during Induction is temporary - it is my right of passage to a new life.
