WOW!!! This is my first day and reading your post is such an inspiration! Could you share with me a typical day of your diet? I'm mostly curious about your vegetable choices - that is the most confusing part for me! Thanks and congrats!!!!

| Congrats! that is AWESOME! I myself just finished Induction and while I'm "only" 5 pounds down - i'm jumpin for joy that i'm 5 pounds down!!! and I couldn't agree more about the appetite thing. I actually posted a thread about that a few days ago. In fact - I just put my lunch together (a buffalo chicken salad w/blue cheese dressing) and could only finish half of it - I have the other half in my lunch box right now. It really is sooo interesting how, when you eat carbs/sugar your body just feels like it needs more - yet now? I almost have to force myself to eat.

| That makes me really happy to hear! I have polycystic ovarian syndrome too! Hopefully it'll have a good side effect on my cramps, because they are usually killer! Also, I read that this diet also helps balance mood, and elimate mood swings, hope so! Keep up the good work!

| Congratulations on your success!!! Isn't is amazing that you have all the yummie amounts of food that we can eat, things taste good and you feel so much better at the end of each day. On "diets" I was always hungry, the food really didn't have much flavor and I felt angry so often.....on Atkins I haven't felt anything except happiness - I know my husband and mother are excited to see my progress and my attitude changing with each day. You'll do the same as we all continue with this WOE. Keep up the great work!! Carole
