| Butterfly -- you'll do fine -- read the book, read the links Liv sent (they helped me) and make sure you're eating induction foods only. After the first couple days things will fall into place and you'll be fine. Watch eating out, to make things taste good sugar, salt and non-induction friendly items are put into the food. Go to the store, get some easy to take with you foods and make sure you don't go more than 6 hours inbetween meals -- that's really important. You'll do fine - just make sure you follow the rules!!
