| Good luck to you. Be sure to read the book and have copies of the Induction Acceptable Foods List and Rules of Induction with you at all times so you can refer to them if you have a question.

| Good luck, I have been doing the lifestyle for 3 weeks and the induction wasn't as hard as I thought it would be. The problem is with those around me saying things like 'you are eating too much.' 'Oh my god ! how can you lose weight eating that'. blah blah..... I discovered the art was to imgine them very small, like a fly, then I would put an imaginary bell jar over them, so I couldn't hear them . It works !! Also watch out for the scales, they are evil. try to measure your self in inches and not pounds. That way you can stay motivated. I have had a few really crap days , but on the whole this site has saved my bacon ( bad pun, sorry English humour !!!) Good luck,

Despite all your good intentions, you're mightily tempted by a food you're not supposed to have. What to do? I'll tell you this: You'd better have a strategy ready!" | Also you should eat at least three meals. Too long between your breakfast and dinner there. That deli coleslaw is very questionable. They tend to have sugars in them. Did you check the ingredient list. I don't think you got your two cups of salad veggies in there so work on those. Have you had time to read the book. If not yet. Take time to check these links from our FAQ that should help you. What are the Rules of Induction? What foods can be eaten on Induction? A "MUST READ" for Newbies... 40 excellent tips!
