Not necessarily. Sugars (w/ the exception of some sugar alcohols, but even they can stall some people) are part of the carbs you should be counting on Atkins (i.e. net carbs), but not all net carbs are in what is labeled as sugar. To compute the net carbs, you do Quote: |

| As I've said, there are sugar alcohols that are not counted toward net carbs... but if you are on induction (which I assume is the case), I would advise you to avoid them anyway. Sugar alcohols are the stuff you usually find in junk low-carb food, e.g. Atkins (& other) bars.
