1 week....

Hi ya'll! I havent posted since I started. Today is day 8.

Well me and Hubby are doing this together, Unfortunately! Maybe I shoulda picked a different partner

He has dropped 13 pounds so far!!
Me...half that down 3 up 1, down 2 up 1.... No Fair, this was my idea!! lol
And he is drinking all kinds of diet soda, he even had to stop grab some fast food burgers, even had nuggets one day(breads removed) and

I know 6 pounds is still good....but i haven't budged since day 5. Today is Monday, I am cutting out all dextrose and such stuff as of today. cut my coffee to one cup........Maybe too much flax.....

Anyway, I did get induction flu, on a very busy day for me. It sucked but I got thru and have been absolutely a joy since. I just kept 'thinkin this means it is working!!' One thing I'm not sure about, My face has never been clearer, I love it. I'm sure its all the water, But with all the fat I thought I was gonna have troubles.

I am loving this WOE. See how this week goes and if im ready for the next step. If hubby hasn't evaporated

Thats great! I am on day 8 of re-induction & have lost 4 lbs. Keep it up!
