| Hi guys, Trouble is I personally probably can't get enough pottassium from the amounts of veg etc allowed on induction. Normal levels are apparently 3.5 - 5 mine was at 3 so borderline low but still low enough to cause symptoms. But thank goodness he had an answer Oh & I told him I was doing the Atkins & whilst not exactly endorsing it he had no problems with it when I showed him my food journal of what I had eaten....so more good news. And whatever way you look at it I have LOST weight eating all my favourite foods so bring it on. Why didn't I do Atkins years ago ![]() Ciao x |

"The Mother" is the cobweb looking stuff that floats around in it. It is packed full of nutrients. When vinegar is distilled they take this vital Mother out. Check out: www.bragg.com There are other brands that offer raw apple cider vinegar, but I have found that Bragg's tastes the best IMO. I have read a couple of their books and followed many of their advice and tips, and I have always felt better doing so. |
