| i am quite fond of ham and cheese roll ups- slice of ham, slice of cheese, dollop of full fat mayo and roll and eat, in addition to this you could add a lettuce leaf and roll up! really quick snack and two of these should fill you enough until dinner time. For dessert i sometimes make chocolate mouse...... double cream (whipped) with a tablespoon of splenda, half a tea spoon of unsweetend 100% cocca powder and mix up, serve in a ramakin and put in the fridge for a half hour, they come out really nice and it you wanted could spinkle them with chopped nuts, nice for a treat or the end to a special meal! I tried freezing them but they didn't come out very good. Might work better if you had an ice cream maker.hope you get some good ideas |
