| Hi Danielle ![]() If it was only one 'incident' not several days of off-plan eating then there is no need to restart counting your 14 days induction. If you do so then you will not get a realistic idea of what your metabolic resistance to weightloss by comparing your 14 days loss to the chart in DANDR as the numbers will not include the weight you have lost up to now. Also if we had to restart induction each time we 'slipped' in our food choices some of us would never be eligible to move onto the main weightloss phase of Atkins, OWL So if yesterday was day 9 then today is day 10 and well done for not deciding you might as well binge on carbs once you had 'blown it' with your first cookie! Is there any way you can obtain/prepare some 'legal' snacks to have on hand when you feel hungry at night? I used to always have slices of gouda cheese and ham so I could make myself a quick ham/cheese rollup at those times on induction. Or boil up some eggs to have for handy high fat snacks?
