| hey newsie....step away from the fake food. stick to the REAL food listed for induction ONLY. don't be sad, be smart! you can do this. and remember this...weight loss is NOT linear. it just isn't. down up down up down down down up and down.....in the end, you'll be down. follow the rules of induction to a T. don't weigh every day. and keep us posted on your success. remember, loss is loss! and smile! |

| haha i weighed myself eeveryday and found out that losing weight is not linear the hard way ahaha i only do it around once a week now but those first couple weeks sucked! ahah |
