| LOL, its very common and for some reason, we just don't go as much or as often on this plan. There is some help. I eat a daily flax seed muffin and others take some phyllism (which isn't spelled right) but works. Flax seed muffins are really easy to make and good for you. In a bowl, mix 1/4 cup of flax meal, 1 teas of baking powder, 1 teas of cinnamon, 1 pkg of splenda, 1 dash of salt, 1 egg and 1 teas butter, mix well. Put it in a glass custard cup and nuke it for 1 minute. Wa la, an induction friendly muffin. Oh butter the custard cup before you add the meal so it will just fall out. If you want, have it with cream cheese |

| I take a tablespoon of flax seed oil approximately every other day and this seems to keep my systems moving.
