Lost 5 lbs in 3 days!

I am barely on my 3rd day of induction and have lost 5.5 lbs. This cant be true. It most be mostly water. I am not planning on weighing myself often but I wanted to make sure I was doing it right and that this worked, and I am convinced!!
I do have a question on Psylliium Husks, can I take the caplet ones? I am having a hard time finding them. Is this the better option? Which option has the best or the least taste?

First off, CONGRATULATIONS!! and second, I just posted about this yesterday and got a yes, you can have capsules as long as they are sugar free. I also suggested putting a couple of teaspoons of the powder in your burger - I made a turkey burger last night and did this and not only did I not taste it, it bulked up the burger as well.
