| Your entry for the cheese looks wrong today. Cheese has protein and probably a lot more carb than that. If you are eating 150 grams of cheese you are going over the daily cheese limit. The same thing is wrong with your egg entry. Eggs have protein. There is carb in cream but your entry is not reflecting that There is protein in tuna. Also you are not eating two cups of veggies from your salad list. So work on that one. Glad to hear it is working for you though. Keep it up. And drink plenty of water. You need plenty.

| I got my measurements for the cheese from the packet as the ones on FitDay was way off. It's finished now so I can't check the package again but that's what it stated per 100g. I won't eat that much in future as I was just snacking on it for the most part. I've fixed the cream, tuna and eggs measurements. Thanks for your advice. I drink lots of water it's my favourite but keep forgetting to add it to FitDay. Phew I'm glad I'm not mucking this up if we forget the cheese incident lol |
